The terms ‘us’ or ‘our’ or ‘we’ refers to Holly MacCue International Pty Ltd, the owner of the website, whose registered office is in South Australia, Australia. The term ‘you’ or ‘your’ refers to the website user.

Holly MacCue International Pty Ltd is a business that provides the following services and products:

• One-on-one Coaching
• Group Coaching
• Membership Programs
• Online Courses

You understand and agree:
Requests for refunds are considered on a case by case basis and may be offered at Holly MacCue’s International Pty Ltd discretion entirely.

Any refund calculation will include a deduction for the services completed by Holly MacCue International Pty Ltd plus a cancellation fee of US$120.

All requests for refunds must be made in writing to Holly MacCue International Pty Ltd detailing the reason for your request within 30 days of joining the program.

Refunds will not be considered or issued for a change of mind and you will remain liable for the remainder of the Program fee regardless of whether you complete it.
